We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else is happening so that you can claim warranty. You are legally obliged to make a statement to us within two months of the failure to report. If the defect is within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
