This unit fully regulates the front to rear brake pressure. By placing the valve in line with the rear brakes, more pressure is then applied to the front, providing much better overall braking.

This brake bias valve can be used for single/dual wheel brake bias adjustment. It has a pressure range of 100 – 1000+ PSI and allows for precise adjustment through a fine threaded shaft. It is machined from aluminium billet, and the internals are anti-corrosive, ensuring accurate and quick response. The in and out threads are 3/8 -24 UNF, compatible with standard brake pipes.

This proportional valve is an industry-standard motorsport component and is used in almost all competition cars. It’s ideal for handbrake turns and wet weather conditions, gravel, and forest applications.

Adjustment Instructions: The ‘In’ is the line from the Master Cylinder Top Port. The ‘Out’ is the line going to Rear Brakes Bottom Port. Turn the valve to full increase and then to full decrease, counting the number of turns. Turn the valve back to half the number of turns counted in step 2. This is your start point for adjustment.

It is advisable to use loctite or a high-quality sealant on the threads of the fitting upon installation, to ensure a leak-free application. Always test stop your competition vehicle and check for any leaks in your fittings. Continue to adjust the valve, increase or decrease, so that the front and rear brakes stop equally (increase will allow more pressure to rear brakes).
