Gearbox mount BMW ZF 6-speed – Volvo 7/900

Top quality, rigid gearbox mount to fit a BMW ZF 6 speed gearbox in your Volvo 700 / 900 series.

This gearbox mount fit perfectly in your car and can handle all the power you possibly can produce. Engine / gearbox swap cannot be more straight forward than this.

Fitment

Bolts directly into Volvo 700 / 900 series.
Used with 6 speed ZF gearboxes from early 90s to 2000.
Standard rear gearbox mount will be replaced with the new one included in this kit.
The Gearbox mount is flexible and can be mounted in several different ways to fit even more gearboxes.
The gearbox beam has a slim design to facilitate routing of exhaust pipes and other. Example of commonly used gearboxes:
BMW’s 6-shifted ZF diesel gearbox from 3 series (see pictures)
* E90 / E91 320D (GS6-37 **) and 325D / 330D (GS6-53 **) Add 1x AS-002002-10 or E90/91 bracket and you can use the following gearboxes:
E60 320D (GS6-37 **) 325D / 330D (GS6-53 **)
E60 and late E46 with GS6-37 **

Important notes

Always Make sure that the prop shaft lines perfectly with the support bearing after assembly. If not, the support bearing will wear prematurely and vibrations can occur.

Gearbox mount include

• Zinc iron chromated and black-passivated 4mm High strength steel brackets
  These brackets withstand both corrosive environments and look good over time.
• Rigid bushings made from the most suitable material
  Bushing material is a perfect blend where vibrations is reduced as much as it could but at the same time be able to handle massive power outputs.
• All bolts and nuts needed for proper installation
  The included bolts have the same quality as rest of the parts and leaves nothing to chance
