Engine mount Volvo 700 / 900 – Ford Barra
Top quality, rigid engine mounts for a Ford Barra engine in your Volvo 700 / 900 series.

These engine mounts fit perfectly and can handle all possible power. Engine swap couldn’t be simpler than this.

Assembly

The Barra motor is large and requires three simple adjustments to fit

1. A larger tunnel opening for the gearbox must be made.
2. The standard engine hood bracing must be modified to make room for the valve cover at the front of the engine (just above the camshaft gears).
3. Oil pan and engine beam must be modified to fit together.

A set of engine mounts includes:

• Zinc iron chromated and black passivated 5mm steel
• These brackets can withstand corrosive environments and look good over time.
• Rigid bushings of the most suitable material
• The material of the bushings is a perfect mix in which vibrations are reduced as much as possible while at the same time huge powers can be handled.
• All bolts and nuts required for proper installation
• The included bolts are of the same quality as the rest of the parts, leaving nothing to chance.
