Are you doing an engine rebuild with a Drive By Wire (DBW) throttle body, or do you want to upgrade the standard B230 engine to a DBW throttle body? With our Volvo 240 Drive By Wire (DBW) Gas Pedal Adapter, you can easily install a DBW gas pedal from the following cars:

• Volvo V40 (1st generation) 1.9D
• Volvo S40 (1st generation) 1.9D
• Mitsubishi Carisma 1.9D (1995-2006)
• Mitsubishi Space Star 1.9D (1998-2004)

This Volvo 240 DBW Gas Pedal Adapter is specifically designed for the first generation Volvo 240, but may also fit later models. However, this has not yet been confirmed by tests.

Installation

The adapter uses two existing mounting points on the underside. Additionally, one extra hole needs to be drilled on the top side.
