Complete set for extreme steering angle on the Volvo 240

The kit is built for an approximately 65 mm lowered car.

To be used with the MKM strut adapters for 740/940 struts. (Not included.)

This kit was developed for just over a year and tested hard on our own car during the 2014 operating season.

Many different solutions tested to arrive at a car that is as easy to drive as possible.

This gives a 60-degree steering angle and is also adjustable. Since 240 was never intended from the beginning to drift more than the original, there are not many margins to work with.

When using this kit, it is then required that you have a really hard suspension, preferably coilovers.

The kit is built to ride together with 7″ wide rims. If you use wider rims, you have to compensate slightly with spacers or steering stops to make them fit the steering rack.

Tire choice should also be reviewed, somewhat depending on how much lowered car you want to drive.

No modification of struts is required when using 740/940 struts.

Made entirely for original mounting with original bushings, so the stiffer bushings on the market also fit.

Increased camber / caster

Includes description and bolt and nut for mounting.

All original bolts are meant to be used when attaching the front beam, etc.

Also includes 4 10 mm spacers for the struts when adjusting the bump control. (Used when the wishbone/steering in the spring position is not parallel to the ground).
