With this Volvo 240 Lift Kit you can easily convert your Volvo into a real off road machine! The elevation is 70mm and with the right tires it can be up to 125mm.

This set is designed as a plug and play set to raise a Volvo 240 in total (including tires) 5 inches / 125mm. With this set you retain all the original Volvo components so this modification can also be undone later without any problems.

It is possible to mount up to 235/75/15 tires and turn your Volvo into a true Off-Road machine! Note that on the Volvo 940 and 740, the 235/75/15 tires fit into the wheel wells without too much modification. On a 240, one must grind front and rear screens to get the tires to fit. A tire size where minimal modifications are needed is 205/70/14.

Due to the increasing scarcity of Volvo 240 struts, we no longer sell the complete plug and play kits. Only kits left where you have to extend the struts yourself according to the manual.

Keep in mind that certain parts of the bumper/shields need to be touched up to ensure that nothing sticks. The use of an adjustable panhard rod is also recommended.
