The best RWD gearbox from Volvo is, of course, the M90; it can handle more power, shifts better, and is readily available. A popular upgrade for Volvo 240s with a larger turbo or simply more power.

The bracket uses the original Volvo 240 gearbox mount in combination with the original M47 gearbox rubber. All original components are therefore optimally utilized, and there is no need to search for used M90 mounts.
