Mazda MX5 NA / NB Clutch Replacement

Is your MX-5 ready for a new clutch? At LucaCarMods.com, you can quickly find a new Competition Clutch Stage 2, 3, or 4 clutch that we'll be happy to install for you. Supplying your own clutch is also no problem.

The webshop offers various Competition Clutch connectors; Stage 2, 3, and 4:

• Stage 2: Upgrade clutch (feels like original)
• Stage 3: Ideal for drifting or turbo up to 300-350 hp (feels like original)
• Stage 4: Grabs more aggressively and can handle 350hp+.

After selecting a suitable coupling through our webshop or elsewhere, we will be happy to install it in your MX-5.

How do we work?
Below is a brief explanation of what we do when replacing a clutch.

• Disassembly of components such as: cardan shaft, PPF, gearbox wiring, clutch slave cylinder, exhaust if necessary, etc.
• Disassembling gearbox
• Flywheel Review (Is it Reusable?)
• Cleaning the surfaces (clean working is very important when working with a coupling!)
• Assembly (Incl. New 75W-90 gearbox oil, thrust bearing, flywheel bearing)
• Test drive

Can I wait during this maintenance?
YES. Installing the clutch takes about half a day. You can wait and watch, if desired, or leave the car and pick it up at the end of the day.
