More about Brake Fluid

Brake fluid attracts moisture and therefore loses its boiling point over time. You sometimes only notice this when the brakes get hot.

Pay attention to DOT specification, wet and dry boiling point, and the replacement interval. For sporty use or track days, fresh fluid with a higher boiling point is advisable.

Bleeding and thorough flushing are just as important with brake fluid as the product itself.
