1UZ Manual BMW M57 Diesel Gearbox Conversion Kit

With this product, we took the design and machining to another level. All to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.

The floating plate slides on specially developed steel. It’ll never get stuck – unlike in alloy flywheels that can’t take the abuse for a longer period of time.

The pressure plate “squeezes” plates by 4.5mm. This means that it’ll last 50% longer compared to any BMW pressure plate based clutch.

The flywheel, pressure plate, and floating plate are balanced together to prevent any vibration.

Kit includes a CNC machined flywheel with ring gear and floating plate, 2 sintered plates, a pressure plate, a gearbox adapter, release and shaft centering bearings, and a set of bolts and nuts.
