Installation

• The bolt pattern of the engine mounts fits the Mercedes M104 / M103 / OM603 / OM606 with a standard angle of ~15 degrees. The OM603 and 606 engines require the M103 or M104 oil filter housing to fit these engine mounts.
• Modification of the oil pan is necessary to make space for the standard crossmember. Some oil sumps with a larger sump are not supported as there is not enough space for the standard crossmember (the G-class sump is an example of this).
• The oil pump and water pump of the OM606 engine are larger, and the Volvo chassis needs slight modification to make space for them.

A set of engine mounts includes:

• Zinc-iron plated and black coated 5mm high-strength steel brackets. These brackets are resistant to corrosive environments and have a long lifespan.
• Rigid bushings. The material of the bushings is a perfect blend that reduces vibrations as much as possible while being able to handle enormous power.
• All bolts and nuts required for a proper installation. The supplied bolts are of the same quality as the rest of the parts, leaving nothing to chance.
