ASS Engine Block Reinforcements Mercedes M104 for Volvo 740 / 940

Reinforcement plates for Mercedes M104/OM606 in combination with our engine mounts for Volvo 740 / 940 ( Engine mount Volvo 7/900 - MB M104 )

At higher power outputs from the M104, the blocks tend to crack in the area around the engine mounts. It has been shown that it helps to merge all 6 mounting points in the block. It is best to weld the reinforcement plates to the engine mounts, but this is not essential.

Made from 5mm S355 sheet steel and electroplated matte black.

Incl. necessary bolts for mounting.
