M2 Motorsport 2.5″ Stainless Steel Rear Silencer for Mazda MX-5 NB is suitable for both naturally aspirated and turbo/supercharger applications. Most aftermarket systems are 2.25″, and increasing to 2.5″ results in a 25% increase in volume. The larger diameter makes it ideal for use with turbos and superchargers.
Made from mandrel-bent polished T304 stainless steel and TIG-welded, the M2 Motorsport back box features a 3″ tip, resulting in a sporty appearance. The design of the rear silencer ensures that the sound is suitable for long drives, yet still wonderfully sporty under full throttle. An included dB-killer means that decibel limits can be met even on the strictest circuits.
