Mazda MX-5 NB 98-05 Sill repair panel right side (passenger side)

If the side panel of your MX-5 is starting to rust at the bottom or has advanced rust, there is a very high chance that the underlying part of the sill is also rusted. For light rust, we recommend making the underlying part of the sill bare (removing rust) and treating it with a rust converter such as Dinitrol RC900.

However, the sheet metal is often very thin, in which case it is advisable to order this sill repair panel and weld it in (partially).
