Very stable mounts that can withstand hard grips. No risk of losing the engine as on original mounts as the aluminum breaks easily or the rubber cushion splits.
Replaces original brackets and sets the engine straight. So 0 degree inclination.
You usually do this to get more space on the exhaust side, if you want plenty of space for manifolds and e.g. turbo.
This entails i.a. that you need to modify the oil pan and gearbox.
You can use oil trays from B18 and B20 that fit bolt on.
There will also be less space on the intake side so you may also need to modify the intake.
The engine is at the same height, if you measure up to the center crankshaft, and depth as original.
NOTE! Does not fit engine block B234.
- A stable rubber bushing keeps the engine in place.
- They are made of 5mm high-strength steel sheet and are Zinc iron chromated and black-passivated. A good quality of galvanizing that the automotive industry often requires.
- A set of brackets consists of: brackets including bushings and all screws /nuts needed for mounting in the beam and motor.
