Tenaci Torsendiff Volvo Dana 30 - 27 splines

Tenaci Torsendiff Dana 30, Volvo 140, 240, 740 and 940 (Fits 1030, 1031, 1041) and the aluminum axles (1030) 27 splines.

Required oil viscosity

• 80-90
• 80-140

Tightening torques

• Bearing shells 50-70 Nm
• Crown wheel bolt without flange 70-80 Nm
• Crown wheel bolts with flange 90-110 Nm
• Carrier M20x1.5 200-250 Nm

Important information

• The bolts must be the correct length for the crown wheel 20 and 25mm
• The speedometer ring needs to be welded (spot weld is sufficient)
