Seat frames connect the seat to the car body. A good frame determines whether the seat is securely fastened and at the correct height.

Pay attention to vehicle fitment, seat type, sliding rails, and whether the mounting is suitable for fixed or adjustable setups. Especially with bucket seats, a few centimeters in height or position can make a big difference.

Also check seat belt points and clearance to the steering wheel, roof, and center console.
