Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the next day. However, we cannot always guarantee this. Sometimes a product may be out of stock, which can lead to a longer delivery time.

An estimated delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we be unable to meet the stated delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

All prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:

• €3.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox
• €6.95 excluding VAT for parcel shipments

Please note: shipping costs for certain body parts may be higher due to higher packaging costs.

Delivery is carried out by PostNL via letter or parcel post. Generally, delivery takes place on the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
