Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@lucacarmods.com. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
