With this Volvo 240 Lift Kit, you can easily convert your Volvo into a true off-road machine! The lift is 70mm, and with the right tires, this can be up to 125mm.
This set is designed as a plug-and-play kit to raise a Volvo 240 a total of 5 inches / 125mm (including tires). With this set, you retain all original Volvo components, allowing for easy reversal of the modification later on.
It is possible to mount tires up to 235/75/15 and thus convert your Volvo into a true Off-Road machine! Please note that with the Volvo 940 and 740, the 235/75/15 tires fit into the wheel arches without too many modifications. With a 240, the front and rear fenders need to be cut to fit the tires. A tire size that requires minimal modifications is 205/70/14.

Due to the increasing scarcity of Volvo 240 strut assemblies, we no longer sell complete plug-and-play kits. Only kits where you need to extend the strut assemblies yourself according to the manual.
Please note that certain parts of the bumper/side skirts may need to be modified to ensure nothing rubs. The use of an adjustable panhard rod is also recommended.
